This is measurement type for boundary systems on a half-infinite substrate. The boundary systems should be selected as specified in the boundary systems section. Second optional argument
aparatusis used if parameters determining instrument imperfection are needed. -
Slab measurement
Slab(mode, front_boundary_system, back_boundary_system, substrate_medium, substrate_thickness[,aparatus, ...])
This is standard measurement type for measurement on thick slab.
modespecifies the measurement mode, either R for reflection or T for transmission measurement. Then front-side and back-side boundary systems should be selected as specified in the boundary systems section.substrate_mediumandsubstrate_thicknessare previously defined in sections media and structural parameters. The optionalaparatusparameter can be used for instrumental imperfection.
