Universal dispersion models
Universal is the most commonly used model in newAD2, able to describe practically arbitrary dielectric response of condensed matter. Unlike the other dispersion models, however, it is not tied to a single, fixed implementation of its physics — its exact form (the number and meaning of attributes, the individual contributions, ...) depends on the version of the newAD2 computational core (OTF), and it is therefore documented separately for each version.
- Universal OTF2.1
The current, fully documented version of the model, used in the OTF2.1 computational core.
- Universal OTF2.2
The version of the model for the new OTF2.2 computational core. For now it is practically an identical copy of the OTF2.1 version, but the two are expected to differ substantially in the future.
